SWF2SIS is a wizard designed to help you create more effective applications in Flash Lite 1.1 and Flash Lite 2.0 for mobile handsets using the Series 60 2nd Edition Operating system from Symbian.

In short, SWF2SIS provides a way to package your application .swf file with any extra files (sfws, txt files etc.) and attach an icon which will appear on the handset's menu to launch the application, then save it all in a single installer file.
